- Which parts of the path are included?
- What is shared and what is dedicated?
- Which dependencies sit outside the SLA?
- How will the customer verify performance?
Evidence and acceptance
Require written evidence before purchase and reproduce the expected service through an agreed acceptance test. Marketing terminology should never substitute for measurable scope.
Commercial risk
Long contracts, proprietary provisioning and device restrictions can create switching costs. Record exit assumptions and replacement options before rollout.
