Between cell and Core
Traffic crosses fronthaul, midhaul or backhaul and wider IP or optical transport infrastructure. If this domain is congested or poorly engineered, Core and RAN policies cannot rescue the full service.
Differentiated transport
Operators can use traffic engineering, VPNs, segment routing, deterministic techniques and capacity policies to create differentiated paths.
Operational coordination
Transport policy must align with slice lifecycle and assurance systems. Otherwise the slice exists in diagrams but not in operational behaviour.
